"Somewhere in Between" by Jean-Paul Lespagnard / The Look Book

Somewhere in Between is the second ready-to-wear collection by Jean-Paul Lespagnard. The collection is based on an allegorical scene: the fantasy of a divine dinner between basket players in the sumptuous dining room of Casa Grande, the magnificent building of the mythical Hearst Castle built on The Enchanted Hill, between Los Angeles and San Francisco. His reflection results in a collection of one hundred pieces, a complete wardrobe linking the exoticism of flappers from the 20s and 30s to the more casual style of our current leisure clothing. The materials mix sports and luxury. The color palette varies from white to various bright colors that refer to the flashy colors of basketball outfits. Lespagnard uses butterfly wing motifs in lurex, gothic-sports inspired prints and industrial embroidery used regularly in sportswear. The story completes itself with jewelry, shoes, bags, caps, scarves and belts.

The political film, it's nice!

The planet and its people are going insane, and filmmakers take their camera to awaken consciences. The question is: does a politicaly commited movie has to be boring?  

Our answer is no, and we will demonstrate it with a dozen fun independent short films around different topics. A good way to start this new year, ain't it?

Following on from the iconic Versace for H&M collection, Donatella Versace has created a brand new cruise collection that will be available from 19th January 2012 as an H&M online exclusive. The collection is designed as a holiday capsule wardrobe that’s also an instant style update for spring. The women’s collection is light and feminine, with a berries and butterflies print on dresses, tops, negligées, dressing gowns and a silk cashmere cardigan. There are also white jeans, bikinis, and accessories such as charm bracelets, print bags, ballet flats and high heels. For men, the focus is on fashion classics like a leather detail wool blazer, jeans and denim shirts, alongside pleat-front shorts in cotton or denim.

Red Riding Hood by Delvaux - Limited edition!!

On the occasion of the 1958 Universal Exhibition in Brussels, Delvaux surprised everyone by launching a new  handbag  model: the Brilliant. Created by designer Paule Goethals, this bag was innovative in its concept : it closes with a buckled strap in the shape of a 'D'.
With a recognizable look and closing feature, the Brilliant quickly became a must have of the  Delvaux  House . Over the years,  Delvaux produced it in various materials (calf leather, ostrich, alligator, ...) and in different sizes and colors.

 Without changing its timeless look, the new Brilliant edition called Red Riding Hood will shine this time in transparent ruby vinyl. Pretty with a touch of humoristic modernity, this model is produced in limited edition.
