Katy Perry heeft via een rechtstreekse videoconferentie op haar website www.katyperry.com de cover van haar nieuwe album 'Teenage Dreams' onthuld.

Het opvallende en semi-naakte portret is van de hand van gereputeerd hedendaags kunstenaar Will Cotton, die ook betrokken was bij de opname van de video van 'California Gurls', Perry's eerste single uit het album dat op 27 augustus verschijnt.

Katy Perry en Will Cotton zijn wederzijdse fans en vonden elkaar vijf maanden geleden tijdens de shoot van 'California Gurls'. Cotton, artistic director tijdens de opnames, charmeerde Perry met zijn uitzinnige en kleurrijk gecreëerde landschappen en gadgets. N8N THE DATES!

EMI recording artist N8N (pronnounced N-eight-N = Nathan) grew up in a musical family & is the 4th generation to be in music.
He started playing the drums when he was 6, deejaying at the age of 13, & by the time he was 16 he picked up the mic and hasn't stopped performing ever since. Heavily influenced by soul music N8N was listening to Ray Charles, James Brown, B.B King, Bill Withers, Sly Stone, Donny Hathaway, Michael Jackson, ... from a young age and growing up in the 80's made him familiarise with hip-hop & rock.
A few years ago he started working on his own project and came across Daniel Romeo renowned Belgian/ Italian bassist who produced his album.
