Exciting news - later today it will formally be announced that “Muse Presented by MySpace Music” will take place at the South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas, USA. The band will play a full live set at SXSW this Friday 19th March 2010 from the Stubb's festival venue. This will mark the most intimate show that Muse will play on their current tour.
MySpace will be filming the show with a full video replay available to view worldwide from the band's MySpace profile - www.myspace.com/muse - this Sunday 21st March from, or close to, 12.01am PST. In addition to a major MySpace US campaign, WMI has worked with MySpace to maximise worldwide support for this exclusive with local MySpace homepage, music homepage and user homepage media worth over US$500k secured across local portals from today until Wednesday 24th March. This will mark the biggest promotion ever rolled out by MySpace globally for a single artist.
