Coma are Marius Bubat and Georg Conrad, both in their midtwenties. They are the long awaited rush of fresh air in the streets of cologne and in the clubs worldwide. They combine pop and rave, techno and rock in a very unique, subtile and elegant way. Coma are new rave and old-school techno, 80s pop and 2k-modernity in a deep hug. Coma gives the right answer to the wrong hypes and new influences, voices and feelings to electronic dance music from Germany. Their highly acclaimed breakthrough was in November 2007 @ Total Confusion in Cologne where they convinced with a brilliant live show between two DJ-Sets. It was meant to be one of the best live gigs ever since the party started in July 1998. “The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie” is the first single from the band’s upcoming tenth studio album, I’m With You, which will be released by Warner Bros. Records on August 30th, 2011.
I'm With You is the band's first new album since the two-set Stadium Arcadium, which debuted at No. 1 in 28 countries around the world, including the U.S.- their first Number One album on the Los Angeles quartet's home turf. The album spawned three No. 1 Modern Rock hits: "Dani California" (which spent 14 weeks at No. 1 and is one of three songs in the history of Billboard's Alternative Chart to debut at No. 1), "Tell Me Baby," and "Snow (Hey Oh)." To support Stadium Arcadium, the Chili Peppers played to millions of fans around the world throughout 2007, including sold-out arena tours of Europe and North America, appearances at the Fuji Festival in Japan and Live Earth in London, and headlining slots at Lollapalooza in Chicago, and the Leeds and Reading Festivals in the U.K.

It’s Always Darkest Before Dawn
Jeremy Kost and Marc Jacobs’ BookMarc store in NYC have teamed up for a project that documents New York’s nightlife and some modeling’s most familiar faces. “It’s Always Darkest Before Dawn” combines Kost’s Polaroid collages and beautiful photos with the faces of NYC’s vibrant club scene – celebrities, models, drag queens, club kids and everyone in between. This preview has Garrett Neff wearing makeup by Veruca la’Pirahna and little else.
